Filia Oil Pastels are primarily intended for older school students who are exploring the possibilities oil pastels have to offer and learning the basics. While they are safe for children ages 3 and above, the medium is best done by students in the upper grades. They are available in four colour assortments of 12, 24, 36 and 60.
